Does everyone look like Barbie dolls down there?

I've only visited a bunch of times but I would say no. There are certainly many model types in the tourist areas and South Beach but that is not 'everyone'.

I will say that most guys I know agree that Miami has some of the most beautiful women they've ever seen.

Not really nursing related, but in South Beach there are a lot of modeling agencies, so there are a lot of Barbie and Ken doll looking folks, and practically no fat people. I hate it.

lol!!! ok- no not at all true. There are a lot of gorgeous people down here, like everywhere else..besides, if you want to relocate, do it because it's 80 degrees outside right now.. not because there might be competition (hehe just joking with ya)...but the weather is wonderful here....:D

Miami is very diverse and very Latin. It's almost like a different country to me.

Unless you're moving to South Beach, don't worry about everyone looking like Barbie dolls.
