Miami Dade College Spring 2015 RN Program

Published

Hi all!

I wanted to start a thread for all of the Spring 2015 MDC RN applicants. I finally finished all of my pre-req's, and have started studying for the NLN PAX RN exam. I am hoping this thread, like many other MDC threads of the past, can help us all to build friendships, support one another, and most importantly, help us through this difficult process. Welcome! :)

Well, I'm taking 5 classes including Statistics and yes it's not easy at all, but the professor makes it doable so I'm surviving ?. Honestly, I just want this week to be overrrrrr!!

Mdc is my best shot right now. Hopefully we do get a response next week.

Yes I'm getting tired already they need to start on monday ! This Is so unfair To us :(

The more you think about it the more you will attract it to you. Watch "The Secret"Movie (Documental) and you will understand what I'm telling you. It's all in our minds.

What classes u taking in spring?

Guys what is consider the science gpa cause I have heard so many different answers is it bsc2086 BSC 2085L bsc2086 bsc2086L chm1033 CHM1033L and mcb2010?

Yes those r the one! My science GPA would be 4 but I took this chemistry lab with the worst proffesor ever at the internamerican campus. Her last name was Zelmer she didn't teach a thing and just messed our GPAs ( I don't understand how can there be teachers like her (

I think it's by luck.

ac 3.77 sc 3.8

I think it's by luck.

Im so afraid to talk with an advisor. If you don't have a high GPA they don't treat you well, MDC website states that you have to have a 2.5 cum and above and if you are applying to PA Program you have to have a Science GPA of 2.79 and above which is my current Science GPA. So I'm going to fight for it.

People with high GPA do not panic. Grab a beer and relax.

What would u consider a hight GPA BLNurse? I wonder where will they draw the line

Close to 4... I've seen them so worry and nervous. I'm the only here with a low gpa, but I'm not giving up.
