Miami Dade College Spring 2015 RN Program

Hi all!

I wanted to start a thread for all of the Spring 2015 MDC RN applicants. I finally finished all of my pre-req's, and have started studying for the NLN PAX RN exam. I am hoping this thread, like many other MDC threads of the past, can help us all to build friendships, support one another, and most importantly, help us through this difficult process. Welcome! :)

:( what was ur Gpa and which program u apply for? Are u trying again for May 2015 don't give up

Apply again friend. They will accept. I've seen people being accepted the second time around. Remember I'm the only one here with a low gpa and I'm not giving up.

Hi lilcubanrican, my all cum gpa is 3.05 and my science gpa is 2.7.... something. I had applied to generic full time. And now i am going to apply again to full time and part-time, (if offered ). What is ur gpa and what program did u apply for? Are u going to re-apply?

No professor assigned yet the class is Thursdays & Fridays 3-8:40 @ UMH.

Yes I do. If you do the bridge option you have a better chance. I've seen people with low gpa been accepted. I don't know what to do if I'm not accepted next year, I will try to do the Med Asst Program with them. I will apply for May and Sept if not i will try BCC. Last choice is do the Med Asst with them and apply bridge. The downside is that is takes a year. : /

I have to wait like 6/7 :(

Months to find out if I'm accepted. But I'm still working on my AA so I'm not wasting time.
