MGH IHP DE NP 2019

I didn't see a thread for this year's IHP direct-entry NP applicants, so figured I'd create one. Anyone else applying this cycle?

I really thought since they didn't extend the deadline this year that they would have let us know by now. The wait is sooo hard! ?

Who knows, it might come on the weekend! But I do remember seeing the announcements from last year was on 2/15; but all we can do is hope for the best and wish it comes as soon as possible, rather than March!!

Monday is a holiday, so probably won't hear anything until after Tuesday! Ah the anticipation!

I like the positive attitude! Hopefully we'll hear soon! The wait is hard but also exciting!

Maybe I'm reading into this way too deeply (insert eye emoji here)... but most of the people from last year found out on 2/15 around the 8:30pm time slot (I'm gonna assume Eastern time) SOOO just a thought!!

Honestly at this point I might start analyzing even what lunar phase we were in when everyone found out last year to try to figure out a timeline for all of us. Lol just kidding.

Good to know sort of the time that it could be though especially since I thought it would likely just be the standard work hours or days!

I also applied to BC and Northeastern for Boston-area programs. BC gave decisions a week later than they did last year and Northeastern started conducting interviews way later than they did last year.

So while I am disappointed we didn’t hear back yesterday, its not a total shock ??‍♀️

Accepted at BC (with a scholarship ?) and waitlisted at Northeastern!

I’m leaning toward BC unless I somehow get a pretty sizable scholarship from MGH
