Agreed, I don't think they are being fair to applicants at all. There is so much planning put on hold because of these decisions, and they are taking their time to craft a perfect cohort.

I applied by Dec. 1st, and that was the email response I was given! I'm sure this is their response to everyone since we've all been waiting so long. Crossing my fingers that we hear by the end of this week!

I don't understand why they aren't giving a deadline to hear by. Instead they just saying "this week" since December 15th. It's honestly not fair at all. We have all been so on edge. I wish they would just say that we will hear by a certain date. My friend just got in for the Spring 2018 start time and the original deadline was July 1st, and she heard on September 15th. So honestly, we are about on schedule. But the promising to hear and the continually pushing it back is very frustrating. I am trying to be patient but it is wearing thin.

I could not agree more - we were originally promised to hear between Christmas and New Years. Three weeks has felt like an eternity. All of us have a lot riding on this. They should not be making promises and deadlines they can't keep. Has anybody tried to email or call today?

Out of curiosity while we wait, how old are you guys? I'm 21, 22 soon, and have one more semester left of college. Just wondering how many others are college-age or have been out of school longer maybe :)

I'm 23 with a BS in Biology, graduated in 2016. Also asked admissions if we'd be receiving a letter, or email decision. They said they will be emailing decisions(hopefully by the end of this week) to the email you provided when you made your NursingCAS account!

I am 23, graduated in 2016 with BS in Allied Health Sciences. Anyone know how long we have to to decide/ put down a deposit? I am waiting to hear from Simmons (and a few others) as well and I heard Simmons will likely release decisions in mid February.

I'm 24 soon to be 25 with a bachelors in Psychology, I graduated in 2015. I also just called them and the woman was really nice, she was not giving any definite about dates to hear by and did not even confirm by the end of this week. She just said "In January". I basically told her to pass along how stressed and anxious we all are with them constantly telling us "this week" since December 15th. She said she sympathized with us and was definitely going to pass along that feedback. I guess we are one of the first few cohorts that have been using NursingCAS and the TEAS requirement so that has been confusing a lot of people. She did confirm that they are making decisions currently but are probably just waiting to send out an email to a bunch of us all at once. So she said "soon". I'm not going to get my hopes up for this week, but I think we are in the home stretch.
