Hi, I just saw this post and I was wondering if anyone knows what type of questions they ask on the interview. I have one on Thursday!
Congratulations! Please let us know how it goes.

A lot of hospitals in DFW are greatly reducing or all together skipping new grad residencies due to Covid. It's a rough time to be a new grad. ?

Do you know what they ask? Mines over the phone. I didn’t know they held in person interviews and I’m not in town LOL

I absolutely have no idea! I've been scrambling old threads on here looking if earlier cohorts talked about interview questions but I've had no luck. I'm glad they accommodated you! Do any of you know how big their cohorts usually are?
My interview was not good at all. The nurse managers werent even clear on what they were asking. They all had different accents and I couldn’t really understand them. They were also talking amongst themselves more than trying to talk to me. It was the worst interview experience I ever had.
I was offered a position today & I declined it. Goodluck to everyone else!!
I had a terrible interview with Baylor Dallas.
What was your deciding factor in not accepting?

I don’t want to work on a team where they seem more “cliquey” I also don’t think Methodist Richardson is that well respected when compared to so many other hospitals in state. I would be moving from Houston and I’d rather not relocate to a different city when the hospital I would be working at is not as well known and not a level 1 trauma!

That's awesome, I was offered a spot in ICU as well! Has anyone heard back from HR yet after submitting their references? I haven't heard anything back yet and I completed all of my references on Tuesday...
