Not entirely sure how they went about sending invites to the Q&A especially since 200 across numerous units and campuses seems kind of light. There's also the fact that people who did receive invites might not have signed up in time

Thats great! I have NICU for baylor all saints next week and I got an interview email for Acute Surgical for UTSW, don't have a date for that yet. 

Are you internal at UTSW?

I wonder if they're sending out emails in waves. I haven't heard anything from UTSW but someone who works internally says they usually take a week or 2 to get back.

I got a spot for the Q&A luckily. there were like 40 spots left out of the 200 when I clicked that email, and I had clicked it probably 3 minutes after I had seen the notification on my phone during lecture. I have clinical tomorrow too hopefully I can make it during lunch. I was able to get applications to both charleton and Dallas. I didn't realize how competitive it was because I went back today to apply for Mansfield, because why not, and it was gone! made the same mistake with Texas Health and was only able to apply to bedford and tele positions at FW. I was really hoping for a ICU position...

Don't sweat it to much if you can't catch your lunch during clinical, I'll be sure to update this forum on what was shared at the Q/A

I didn't get any emails specifically mentioning it sending to the hiring manager, but correct me if im wrong is that im correlating that, and being assigned to med surg units, with people who applied to the mansfield location?

Perhaps it was just for Mansfield because my Charlton and Dallas applications have had no updates. I received 3 emails on Thursday about applications been forwarded but no specific location was listed.
