Hello fellow future student nurses,
I'm creating this forum for those interested in the LPN program at Mercy Hospital in Miami. I am still trying to determine if I want to start in April or Fall of 2022 and I am scheduled to take the TEAS there in January.
Feel free to share your thoughts, experience, application process, etc.

Hi! I'm applying for the August LPN program.
@Summer365 I am too. Originally I was going for the April start date but I chose August instead. I just took the TEAS there and passed so I am going to start filling out the documents in a week or two. The official application is due May 31st for the Fall cohort.
Awesome! I passed too ?
I've began filling out the application. I hope I get accepted. ?

Hi, I’ve already applied. I’m going for the Fall 2022 as well. Initially I wanted to start in April, but I’m having to relocate so it was a little too soon. I had already paid the fee, able to be exempt for the TEAS and did FAFSA. So now she said it’s just a matter of waiting since I decided to switch terms. Has anyone heard anything about how they operate? Or knows anyone who successfully completed the program. I’ve been doing research to try and find out more info but it’s very little info.

How were you exempt from the TEAS?
I took the HESI exam

Oh OK. That makes sense. I have a bachelor’s degree in a non nursing field. I was hoping to be exempt when I applied LOL.

You should be able to be exempt. I have my Associates degree. Either way I hope that we all get in. I’m ready to get started ?

Me too! ?? I really haven’t been able to find that much info on the program. I’ve seen a few good reviews here and there, but nothing about the program is clear so far..

Same here. I’ve been researching since the beginning of January.
