Mercy Hosp. of Pittsburgh

Does anyone know what is going on at Mercy Hosp. of Pittsburgh, all us agency nurses are getting cancelled right and left. Anyone know what is up with them?

i grew up in pgh and work at UPMC, dont they own Mercy??? maybe thats why they are so Poor!!!:p

One thing I know for sure is that UPMC does not own Mercy at the moment. Can't speak for the future. Someday planet Earth might be called UPMC planet.

I worked at Mercy up until about a year ago...they're part of the Catholic Health Systems East network. Although, I too can see how someone might make that mistake.....the mothership, er UPMC, owns darn near all of Pittsburgh! :chuckle
