Has anyone applied for Mercy College of health sciences in Iowa?

I have already been accepted into the general admissions. I am still waiting on the nursing program to get back to me.

I am coming from California, I will be in Des Moines 8/1-8/6. Are you going to orientation on 8/5?

I wasn't planning on it but since I haven't had much luck finding prospective housing online, I just might. Have you registered for classes?

I'm out of state. I ended up deferring to spring though because of prior commitments.

Hi I’m coming from out of state as well and I haven’t found a place yet. Did you go to your orientation yet?

Hi! I am so happy to find people talking about this program and school. Congrats to you all getting in and beginning this next life chapter! I applied for this Fall but had to defer until next year, beginning of May start. I will be quitting my full time job and moving as well - I currently live ~2000 miles away.

I would very much appreciate learning about your experiences in your first semester in the program, and also if you have any recommendations for complexes/areas to live in Des Moines.

Hi,

I was accepted for Summer 2020 start. My prereq GPA was 3.4 (except for 1 class, all of my prereqs were 10+ years ago).

Not sure what you are looking for in terms of stats exactly, but guessing GPA since there are no admissions tests to take or anything else really.

Definitely apply! They seem to be very reasonable if you have done relatively well in your prereqs.
