Mercy College ABSN Spring 22'

Hi! ? I haven't seen a thread for the Mercy College Spring 2022 cohort so I decided to start one. I have been accepted elsewhere but Mercy was my top option and really want to go there. Hope to meet others in this journey ?

I received an email today too. I got accepted! But I’m think I’m going with PACE instead. Congrats to everyone who’s been accepted.

Does the status of your application change from submitted to accepted once you are accepted?

I applied in late august for both schools.

hey did your portal change when you got accepted and what were your stats if you don't mind me asking? @Manny Richardson

Nah you good, A’s for all the prerequisites and a 3.7 GPA. Yes, it has more prompts indicating the next steps as far as preparing for the program. Also, it asks you for your deposit.

Congrats! I also got accepted to PACE and trying to make a decision. What was your deciding factor?

For me, it’s the fact that PACE is an older program. Their accelerated program has been around for decades according to my knowledge. The Pleasantville program also has excellent NCLEX pass rates. The duration difference is more appealing to me as well. It is a bit more expensive, but I would rather pay the extra money to finish sooner.

I just got accepted. I’m still deciding between 4 schools though.
