Merced college ADN

Im looking to apply for Merced college's nursing program for this fall as well as other nursing schools in my area. I've been having trouble finding any reviews on here about their program! Has anyone here been in or applied to their nursing program? Any information you have is greatly appreciated! Thanks :)

I called yesterday. They said to bring paper and something to write with, as we will be told what we need to have done and purchased before we start our respective semesters :) Can't wait to meet you!

Do any of you know what we should bring to orientation on Tuesday?

Hey everyone! I just got offered a spot for the fall 2016 class at Merced, so some alternate will get my spot for spring 2017! Is anyone else here in for fall 2016??

I hope more end up leaving the program. I am currently alternate #3. No more high priority list. I heard my chances are good but ya never know. Fingers crossed!

Hi all,

I'm planning on submitting an application for the program for Fall 2017 and have a question regarding math equivalency, and needed help or clarification. On one of the form, it stated that I needed to have taken intermediate math or any math that are higher and it needs to be highlighted on the grid. Now how do I go about when my higher math class isn't listed on the comparable grid? Would I need to make an appointment with a Allied Health Couselor and get the form check off? Please help!

I would make an appointment with the counselor for the form check off and I think you should be fine with the higher class. I applied and they accepted my Statistics grade (I used that grade over my Math C grade -- intermediate algebra). Good look, hope you get it in! :)

I'm planning on using my statistics math class too. Did you went in to get it check off from the couselor? I ask because I'm from Sacramento and it's quite a drive í ½í¸œ but yet I want to make sure my application is done correctly.
