Mental Health Help!!!

Hello:

I have to do a psych profile on the character Anna from the movie The Uninvited. If anyone has seen that movie, please help me out by suggesting some psych nursing dx. She's a very complex character who was admitted to a mental institution after seeing her dad having sex with her dying mom's nurse. She was trying to kill them but accidently killed her mom and sister instead. She tried to commit suicide by cutting her wrists. I know depression is a possible dx. She also has forgotten that she was responsible for the death of her mom and sister. Also, after being released from the institution, she sees and interacts with her dead sister but like I stated, she forgot that she was dead (you don't find this out until the end of the movie). So...please help ASAP. Thanks!

Sounds a bit like schizophrenia to me .. or a personality disorder. Definately with depression thrown in.
