I've heard that the Mental health ATI is a tough one... so is this true or not? lol

Do the reading, Its taught as a summer session at my school so i don't know if its any harder drawn out over a year, but this class was my first experience with ATI test and they killed me. I still passed the class but they are very NCLEX styled questions, so if u haven't really tested with them before try and find some practice ones. So I guess it boils down to the person taking the class but the general word of mouth between my whole class was it was hard.

word of advice from a student nurse whose been there: DO NOT listen to hearsay. People say 'negative' stuff to scare you and hope it messes with your mind. And let me tell you, nurses are infamous for spreading negative rumors. If you are confident in your own ability, ignore such comments and you will do great.
Remember you only need one bad apple to ruin it for everyone. People who don't study and fail are the ones who start such ridicule comments. I caution you in listening to those comments because I have let it affect me one too often and until I learned to ignore it, did I start to do really well.
Thank you all so much. I have a 96 im my mental health class and so far doing good. I'm just nervous. Only a few ATI's left for me.

My suggestion would be to make sure you do your readings. Do your ATI practice test and remediate. Then read again. Most sections have practice test listed in the learning system RN section along with the ones that your teacher must provide an access # and password.
Thanks. Yeah my mental health teacher gave us two practice tests, and i've been working on the other tests too.
