I thought the joke was funny! I don't understand the problem with it really.

I used to suffer really bad PMS. I used to be grumpy and feel like killing someone (usually my partner). But obviously NEVER would come even near to actually doing it!!!

We make jokes about wanting to "kill" a patient because they are a pain in the backside, but we would never deliberatley hurt them in anyway. We all want to "kill" out boss, or "kill" a colleague.

But we don't mean anything SERIOUS!!!

The Good Queen said it best when she sais we all feel like "killing" ....(insert noun of choice) but we don't really mean it...it is not said ina serious manner. Talk about being in touch with your feminine side....
