Oct 28, 2009 For those graduating in May 09, August 09 they are finding jobs in the range of 21-23 an hour. 19 is a little low for the Memphis area. Most are up around 21-22, some higher. It will only go up. May 2010 grads will likely make more than May 09 grads.

Cat's mouth or not, when I graduated in May (with BSN) I was offered $21.50 at Methodist, $21.71 at St. Francis, and Baptist was the highest at 22something. If it is less now then the hospitals are being chingy. My advice for everyone would be to call HR directly and find out for sure. The ultimate reality will be when you have an offer letter on the table. Good luck!
