Hi everyone. I'm making this thread for the MemorialCare new grad program that's starting in March 2026. Applications are supposed to open up first week of January.
ilovepudgybear said:mine also said completed when I checked yesterday and today and updated on the days I've been checking. I haven't heard anything back and im scared it's bc I applied late which was jan 6th around 12am 🥲🥲. I talked to the recruiter and she said call backs would be on the 9th so im hoping no news is good news 😞.
My NICU application also says completed, but I haven't gotten a rejection email either. I applied Jan 2 around 2:30PM (after the recruiter sent an email saying it was posted). Hopefully that means I'm still in the running and hear good news tomorrow!
But also I just realized the job I applied to has the job code "MIL004695" whereas the recruiter said the code was "MIL004823". When I applied, there were two NICU jobs posted that looked the exact same, and I only applied to one of them. But now I'm nervous that I applied to the wrong one? I'm not sure if it matters...

Thats odd she would tell you it was posted at that time because I didn't see the new grad position posted until like 8pm that night and I was checking sporadically all day. I think you applied to the experienced RN position unfortunately.

She had mentioned that there was a delay in the system and it might show up late for some people. I was about to get on a 6 hour flight right when she sent the email, so I assumed it was the right one and frantically applied before take off. I should've checked again after I got off the flight, but I hit the ground running with work after getting home. I wish I realized sooner 😕

I ended up getting my letter of rejection yesterday. I was also wondering, if you don't mind sharing, what your background is, and how you were able to secure the interview. Also, congrats on getting the interview!!

Thank you!! And I'm sorry about your rejection 😞 hang in there and ik something will come your way!! I honestly am not sure how I got the interview haha. I have my BSN and I'm external, have CNA experience, did my preceptorship in the nicu, got my nrp cert, LORs
I did go to their info session and talked to the recruiter before the app went out so maybe that helped (?)
overall I think it's just super hard for new grads RN. I graduated last Spring so it's been awhile too for me 😭

Congrats!! I'd love if you could keep us updated on how the interview goes, if you don't mind! You're gonna crush it!

It'll say "New Grad" in the title of the job posting
