MemorialCare New Grad Residency March 2026

Hi everyone. I'm making this thread for the MemorialCare new grad program that's starting in March 2026. Applications are supposed to open up first week of January.

I just got a rejection email 😞 they went with other applicants, not sure if anyone else got this

for their NICU app, not sure if they maybe prioritized internals since their application is still open?

when did u apply and are u sure it was for the new grad and not their other nurse positions for NICU? I also applied to the nurse positions and it got rejected immediately, but I submitted my application for the actual new grad position and nothing yet.

mine still says it is submitted, it hasn't changed status wise, I'm hoping maybe that means it'll still be under consideration if all else fails

I applied the day it opened, and no I have applied for the regular NICU positions too which is how I was reached out to from a recruiter about their new grad, not sure why they rejected it so soon without the app closing 😞

ahh I applied last night since so when I saw people were getting rejection emails, I got scared I applied too late because when I applied for providence, it was a fcfs basis. I know the application closes tomorrow so I hope they're able to look at some more...
