Hi everyone. I'm making this thread for the MemorialCare new grad program that's starting in March 2026. Applications are supposed to open up first week of January.

They said during the info meeting other units will continue rolling out this month

I'm not sure when the application opened but I applied Jan 5th.

I also received a rejection email this afternoon. I applied Friday when it opened. 
I had spoken to the recruiter before and she let me know it had opened, and I hoped it would mean my chances were higher, but unfortunately they weren't.

When I checked this morning it still said 'Under Consideration,' but I just checked again and it says 'Completed.'

mine also said completed when I checked yesterday and today and updated on the days I've been checking. I haven't heard anything back and im scared it's bc I applied late which was jan 6th around 12am 🥲🥲. I talked to the recruiter and she said call backs would be on the 9th so im hoping no news is good news 😞.

I think as long as you haven't received an official rejection email from Talent Acquisition, you're still in the running. Keeping my fingers crossed for you. Good luck and hope you get a call on the 9th!

when I spoke to a recruiter following my rejection email she said this: "We have been reviewing each application carefully as they come in. At this time, the team has decided to move forward with other candidates." I believe if you havent gotten the rejection email you may be in the clear!
