Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island interview

Nursing Students SRNA

Published

Hello Everyone! I am going for an interview at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island. Anyone heard anything about the interview? Is anyone in this program or know anything more about it? I am really curious to know how the clinicals really work since they make it seem like you do a lot of clinicals in Mass, which would be great for me since I live in Boston. Any information would be wonderful! :specs:

hey kachoo,

I am going for interview on friday. They told me its gonna be informal interview nothing technical, good luck.

i have mine on friday

Good luck on your interview Jasy! :yeah:

Good luck to both of you and let us know how the interview goes :up::up:

Thanks. It wasn't bad. Nothing technical asked about my experience what kind of setti g I work in. Asked about my last shift patients. Why I changed my career. Basic stuff. He told me that he interviews everybody. Ccrn is important

Hey great job,

Did the interview also include a tour of the OR or a meeting with SRNA's ?

yeah srna talks about their program. When r u going.

My application was not ready for this year. It seems unlikely, but i do know someone who made it there on a wait list. We'll see

they already selected their students? They said in December

Sorry, guess i wasn't clear. I don't know when they make their decision, but i know i won't make the first cut because my application was late and i don't even have an interview yet.

Did any of the students explain how they manage the different clinical and didactic sites. Do people end up moving twice or do they keep one home base throughout the program? The first sounds like a hassle and the second sounds gaseous

I have a friend who interviewed at memorial hospital of Rhode Island and she said the interview was very informal which included a tour of the OR and they told her she will hear from them by the end of this week ending 12/12/08. Hope this helps you guys.
