Hey girl I think I met you on match day last week! I interviewed but still haven't heard anything at all so I am thinking I probably didn't get it but I was wondering if it was HR who called you or the nurses you interviewed with?? Congrats by the way!

A friend of mine who interviewed at TMC NICU said she was able to call a recruiter and. Heck the status up her app. She didn't get chosen, unfortunately. Basically if you haven't heard anything doesn't mean your still in the running. Try to get in contact with someone

I think if you didn't get a second Children's NICU interview on the first Match Day, then you're out. Not sure they'll contact everyone that didn't get a second interview though.

Hey everyone, I need some help with my decision on some offers. Cardiac telemetry step down from ICU or neuro imu moving up to a trauma level 2 unit. I like the brain, but I hear that neuro units can be rough. I like the heart too. Advice please for new grad

It depends on what you want personally @nursenunu2015 because I'm more of a cardiac person than a neuro person so of course I'd say cardiac step down.

Thank you so much for your reply @christinelinnet. I hear more positivity about cardiac than I do neuro. I feel less resistance by choosing cardiac than I do with neuro. I can always switch if I don't like in the future.

Ms.simone, I received mine yesterday so you should be getting yours soon. I think with the Easter weekend it delayed a lot of things!

Will you be working at the TMC or Children's Hospital? just ask because I was wondering would it be different for each hospital

I just got offered a position on any of the medsurg units at greater heights! I picked post surgical/oncology/trauma unit :)
