I applied for the summer 2019 NNP program!! Hoping we all get in. I havent applied anywhere else yet. I plan on applying to a school in Texas when the app opens!

Hi! I am interested in applying for UTMB’s NNP program for fall 2019. I was wondering if you all could give me any tips or just any information on how the application process went for you. How was the interview!? How is the program going so far for you!? I would greatly appreciate it!!

I just emailed my recruiter and she replied back and said the start date is still July 1st. && that she promises we should hear from new hire services no later than June. She said they can only run background checks within a 30 day window. So maybe we will hear from someone next week or the week after. I hope this helps a little. I don't know if it applies to all hospital locations but hopefully this gives everyone a general idea.

I'll go ahead and create a Facebook group. In order to do so, I need to add one person first to the group so I can create it. It's not letting me create the group. If there's anyone who wants to send me their name and I'll add you on Facebook then create the group.

I will not be at the memorial city location. I'll be working at the TMC Location. But I'm from out of state as well. And just like you, i want to know Something so I can finalize my moving plans lol. i got the same email. But I'll be at Childrens-TMC location. I would say call HR and select the option for new hit services and speak with someone. Maybe they can give you more information than they gave me.

Same here!! Since I'm from out of state I want to know official start dates and some type of schedule at least the first week so I can plan ahead of time ugh. But i did call and spoke with someone from new hire services in regards to me moving to Texas....from what she's saying it doesn't even look like they have started this whole pre-boarding process yet and she couldn't give me an official start date. She said they are trying to get everyone starting in July.....idk. Maybe someone else wants to call them to see if y'all can get anymore info out of them lol. But I'm at the medical center location, Childrens specifically so idk if this goes for the other locations. Just FYI!!
