Got email today that apps were sent to TMC and Woodlands locations.

So thats what that email was about lol. I received an email too stating I had 2 notifications, and it had the two locations childrens and memorial city on there. Was there anything specific that it said. I tried logging into the workday but all it showed was that I applied to those 2 locations.

The way I understood the email was that it stated they have been sent to the hiring teams at your choice hospitals and now it's just wait to see if we get invited for match day. If we "meet their needs"

Does anyone know exactly when Texas Childrens will open up their new grad application?

Last semester I believe it was November 20th. So I would guess late April maybe?

Hey all!! I have been following threads on allnurses since before I was accepted into a nursing program.. and here I am now applying for jobs as I'm in my last semester of school! Woo hoo! I too applied for Memorial Hermann... just haven't received the assessment email? I thought maybe I did something wrong in the application (because I also applied for Methodist and was sent that assessment... all 111 questions of it.. pretty soon after my application) but anyways.. my application was submitted correctly.. Just curious to see how long it will be before I can be expecting the assessment part? Oh and I applied two days ago! So maybe its a bit too soon lol!!

Anyways this is so great to finally be a part of a real discussion board after for so long just watching it all go on...

does anyone know how much they are paying for this? i know that methodist pays the normal salary for nurses. and i read somewhere that memorial hermann pays nearly nothing for this program

I think base pay is like $26 ish and then probably differential for nights/weekends. It might also depend on which location

Did we need to do the assessment quiz for both Memorial Hermann and Methodist? I didn't realize that.

I don't think there is one to do for MH unless they email it to you if your still in the running for Match Day.
