Hi guys,

MH's application opened up today! Anyone else apply?

Also, did anyone attach a transcript? On the general page it said to but on the actually application it only said resume(mandatory), and optional cover letter and letters of rec?

Yes my portal says "in interview process" for MH Children's but I haven't received an email or call

Mine's changed and I have not received a declination email. I am trying to still be positive until I get an email.

I'm honestly still just waiting on MH... my second choice is SICU Memorial City. I want to apply to Texas Children's but they haven't opened anything up yet. I may apply to Houston Methodist.. everything is still up in the air with the pandemic which sucks.

Yeah I'm having the same problem... MH has always been my top choice so I'm praying they'll let me interview for my second choice too. Texas Children's is on my list also but I haven't found anything either with their application so I'm unsure what's happening with it.

Yes, I did hear that as well. I have heard they give preference to their ADN,RN students. I worked with several nurses who left there and went to UHS. Both stated the nurse/pt. ratios were horrible and they were scared they would lose their license. They also heard they give 5k-10k sign on bonuses. I guess, you have to balance out everything at this point because RN positions are really scarce. A few programs cancelled residency for the fall.

I would still apply for Methodist because I believe their application may close soon after the receive so many applications. It does not hurt to have options to choose from.
