Memorial Healthcare System Nurse Residency March 2021

Hello all! I haven’t seen much about Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood Florida and their RN residency program for the March 2021 cohort. Interviews are supposed so be in January. Has anyone who applied gotten a call to schedule an interview?

Hey I believe I put that down as my #1 as well. I haven’t heard anything back and my status still says “application being reviewed” . 
 

At this point, do you guys think they are  still doing interviews or calling people? I haven’t heard anything and I may start applying to other places again

Hi guys. I had a NICU interview last week and I have not yet received an offer. Happy to see someone else here is also waiting for the NICU call, so we can keep each other updated, and hopefully we both get it ??.

Hii, I interviewed with the panel last Wednesday. Feeling a little discouraged as I know some units started giving offers today , but still hoping for the best. ❤️I hope we both get to work together soon !

Hi! You give me some relief LOL. I interviewed last Wednesday too! They told me we would hear back by the 22nd latest so fingers crossed for the both of us! Hoping we both get it and will meet soon! ❤️ ?

Hey girlie. I just wanted to give you an update. I called one of the NICU managers because I was too inpatient and I was told they already made their candidate selection and sent it to either HR or someone else in charge. Apparently they have a candidate pool from where they will pick based on the need of other units, but she said she has not had any updates from there yet.

hi! thank you so much for the update! They said the 22nd when I interviewed with them so hopefully by today fingers crossed! They explained to me that they rank the candidates they interviewed and then HR or the program directors look at how we ranked our top 3 units and that is how they decide who gets it or not. Hoping we both hear back soon, this wait is killing me LOL

Hi everyone! I am currently researching Nurse Residency programs, including Memorial's, and was curious what questions they asked within the interview to get an idea on how to keep preparing for the future. Thank you in advance for any help ❤️

Hey! These are the differentials that one of the recruiters shared with me:

 

Nights (7pm-7am) = additional $5/hr

Weekends = additional $3/hr
