Hello all! I haven’t seen much about Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood Florida and their RN residency program for the March 2021 cohort. Interviews are supposed so be in January. Has anyone who applied gotten a call to schedule an interview?

hi! I have been wondering the same thing! I applied back in November when the app opened and was told by a recruiter for MHS that we would be called in mid to late December if we got an interview, but I haven't yet :( and was wondering if anyone did yet!

Hey! I applied in November as well. Haven’t heard anything as yet. Fingers crossed.

hey I got a call on my graduation day for the Cardiac ICU.Its on January 7th, I may be in the first batch getting a interview since its so close to the new year.Wishing you the best of lucks!!Meanwhile I haven't heard of anything so we are pending registration for the NCLEX ?

Awww congrats and best of luck to you!! If you don't mind me asking did you go to a nursing school that did clinical at MHS hospital? And when was your graduation day?

Thankyou.We had the option to do clinicals there for a semester but after covid we couldn’t.I graduated Dec.17

Congrats on being offered an interview!! You give me hope! I never waited this long to receive feedback for an position. Questions if you don't mind:

Did your status change on the portal informing you that you would be contacted by HR? only because my status is still "application being reviewed" and did you receive a call from HR recruiter or nurse manager of the unit your applied for? 

I appreciate any information provided. Thank you in advance!

Application status doesn't dictate a lot since I have been applying and my application still says its under review.The managers don't have the time which is why I was contacted by recruiters or clinical specialist for interviews. It's a long waiting game. But whatever is suppose to happen will happen because just because the manager chose a candidate does not mean the candidate chose them.I just received another interview from another hospital yesterday who said there positions were filled 2 weeks ago, which shows that every effort will count. Don't be discouraged,be persistent.

Hey! I got an answer from the Neuro/surgical/trauma ICU yesterday. I think that unit is beginning to send out responses.
