Hi everyone, I wanted to open a discussion for those that applied to the November 2021 Nurse Residency Program for Memorial Healthcare System just to keep everyone involved and informed if there are updates between applicants. I also thought it would be nice to connect with others who have the same interests or applied to the same units.

I applied and got a rejection email, due to no job experience. Kind of had to laugh at that. Good luck to everyone.

Did you application say under consideration? which department you applied for?

Obstetrics. Now realizing I forgot to include my clinical experience, additional volunteer work, and including a relevant healthcare job on my resume. This is my first time applying to any career job. I can't reapply because the app deadline is closed. Womp. Resume looking fire now though.

from what I've gathered, a lot of people don't hear back.

@MarilynRN92 when you applied the first time, did they reach out to you to let you know your status or did they just never say anything?
