I'd like to post a very special THANK YOU to the Vietnam Veterans who never got a thank you when they came home.

A very special THANK YOU to the remaining veterans of WWI who are leaving us so quickly now. You are not and will never be forgotten.

A very special THANK YOU to the remaining veterans of WWII who are starting to leave us now. We came so close to losing our freedom without you.

A very special THANK YOU to the veterans of the Korean War - yes, people forget about that "war in the middle", but you will always remain in my heart.

To all who have given their lives towards freedom here and abroad - THANK YOU.

By now everyone knows how proud I am to serve our active duty and retired military men and women in my new job. It is a most humbling and honorable experience. I pledge to always do my very BEST with my little part in helping you all as well as your family members to access quality healthcare.

I also feel quite priveledged to be the wife of one FANTASTIC U.S. Military Serviceman.

THANK YOU ALL FOR ALL THAT YOU DO, AND ALL THAT YOU HAVE EVER DONE TO DEFEND OUR FREEDOM.

I.rae, thank you so much for your thoughtful post, and others for your replies.:) :) I'd like to take this opportunity to suggest to those of you who are 'lucky' not to have to work tomorrow, as you head off to your BBQ or other festivity, that you think of those who work, or are actively in service for our country.

I know that the subject of our nations' Veterans is near to my heart because of my brother-in-laws sacrifice in Vietnam 30+ years ago when he was paralyzed in the line of duty; before engagement and marrying my sister. :kiss

In whatever way you see fit or are able, PLEASE support our nations' veterans and actively serving men/women of the armed forces;)
