   For anyone who interviewed with PCICU, when were you told you should hear back? I interviewed on the 25th and was told 3 weeks, so I am expecting an answer around the 15h. Anyone else hear otherwise?

   They were all completed within about 3 days. I let my references know that they should be expecting the email, then texted or called after about 24 hours to confirm that they received it (1st reminder). Some told me they would get to it the next day,...

   I provided 6 just to be safe. They are all completed now, but I was pretty relentless with my reminders.

   The units I interviewed with haven't decided yet, but I know they will be making calls at different times. I'm just wondering if there is a standard process the managers follow when it comes to making offers. Can't hurt to be prepared.

   Thank you, that's what mine says too. The FAQ made it seem like it should automatically change to pending so I was getting concerned, I know the emails went out though.
