    You could apply for a license in NY or Arkansas. I don't think there is a 2 year limit like Oklahoma.

    What charting system are you using? Maybe you need to find a company with a better system. I've worked home health and there are some really great systems where I usually finish charting before I leave and there are some really sucky systems...

    The definition of competence is having the necessary ability, knowledge, or skill to do something successfully. Therefore if I've been deemed competent by the proper authority, then I am competent. I've said what I have said. And I stand by it.
