   I broke down and called today and she said if it says "under review" then there is still a chance of being admitted but it was getting close. She said all scholarship winners will be notified by the 31st.

    Mine says the same thing: "under review". I called and the lady confirmed that they aren't through handing out the scholarships yet. My credit was checked 7/15 so I'm trying to be positive but I'm still paranoid.
