   I myself have just finished my pre-req's and have been accepted into the nursing program. I had to attend a nursing orientation, which went over all the things you'll need before starting in the Fall (immunizations, CPR, labs, backround check, etc.)....

   Go to the dean. She sounds difficult and on a power trip. Maybe you could set her aside and privately discuss your concerns.

6. Stereotyping Male Nurses

   Male nurses get paid more than female nurses. So, it kind of makes me jealous that I am not a male nurse. Anyways most male nurses eventually get sick of the stereotype and get their masters or become nurse practitioners.
