   I seen some postitions open for license PCT at the Baptist hospital in Beaumont. Should I just fill out an application or try to speak to HR or unit manager? Any advice?

   Hi!! I just got my license transfered to Texas and I'm ready to look for work. I am a LVN with 2 years of LTC experiance. When I look online not to many jobs are listed in those area. If anybody knows a place that's hiring I sure would appreciate it...
