   It is also very frustrating to even get a foot inside the door. All the different programs have so many variations in requirements and certification. It can also be discouraging. An evidence-based standard definitely needs to be in place.

    Thats one of the main reasons I chose Frontier because the program equips you with the necessary skills and tool to becoming an independent provider and opening up your own birthing center which is my ultimate goal:)
