   Some states have issues with it and others done. GA and CA I know do. Tn does not have a problem with it.

    To answer your question! I have used TCN for my excelsior journey. I do not know the price difference, but I have enjoyed using them. It might cost less/more, it might not. But the advantages are they finance it all for you, testing fees, tuition...
