   My opinion: Recent Assessment of patient will help you come up with a nursing diagnosis and nursing care plan for your patient. Subjective and Objective data is important... what is you patient's complain? what is he feeling right now?

   I am a foreign grad too (Philippines). and it was easy for me to find a job here in USA after passing NCLEX. It does not mean we are foreign trained we cant compete with your training here. :smiley_ab We have best quality education in Philippines too...

    do you know your license number? here in texas, RN certification is not that important because they just check your license online.. but, you can also call California board of nursing and ask if they do send replacement certification.
