   Reading all these posts on this topic has really discouraged me! I was so enthused about going to school to be a nurse and now Im not so enthused anymore. Most of the post on here sound like its doom and gloom for the nursing profession.

   I went over the ADN admissions sheet and if I have a 4.5 technical GPA and 42 points will I have a hard time getting in?? I read on their website that people usually have over 40 points when they apply for the ADN program.

11. Algebra or Statistics?

    BSN/RN to BSN programs from the ones I have looked at they require Stats and College Algebra. ADN programs usually require stats and not college algebra. I guess it just depends on the school. I think Algebra was harder and that stats was easy.
