   I work in a Level III NICU and we record the urine output with all diapers. Doesn't matter if it's a 22 weeker or 40+ weeker.

   Yes, they sure do but only feeder/growers. They're usually assigned two-three babies and are responsible for vitals, changing their diaper, and feeding (q3).

   The infant was receiving both oxycodone and morphine (?!?!?). The MOB as since spoken to the doctor who agreed to put a note on the chart for no more oxycodone. It's bizarre.
