I just started on my first job as an LVN. It has been about seven days and I want to leave, I just do not know how to do it. My boss is very controlling and expects me to know everything even though she knew that this is my first job right out of nursing school. Any advice on how to do it?
I have a applied for an LPN/LVN position but as of now nobody has called. Is is harder for an older Lpn/Lvn to get hired?
Help!!!! My school requires us to pass the ATI test in order to send our paperwork so that we can take our NCLEX. The problem is that I have taken it 3 times and still can't pass. I have been studying exam cram, saunders, nclex made easy, I just don't know what to do next. If somebody has any advise or which books to buy to keep on studying in order to pass my ATI please help. I have also taken some kaplan tests on the web. p.s. when I take them I do well.
does anyone know where I can go to find answers for questions on cardiac disorders?
What can I do when my clinical instructor and my nursing directer want to fail me because I will not make a statement against a nurse.
I thought that the money was good, but I'm still in nursing school with about 6 weeks to go. I'm going for LVN right now. The way I'am seeing all the responsibility I question myself, is this what I want? I love to work with people, but the work in school is exagerrated and my clinical instructors don't help any, either. I don't know if I can keep up with all the stress.
I'am in a 1 year program to become an LVN. I need some help on how to do nursing care plans. The school does not provide a text book or a class. Basically, it is up to us to find out on how to make one. The instructors do not help alot either. Please I need help.
