    we had a couple that we delivered one time (who my husband worked with) and kid you not they named their baby girl Cora Vette (corvette) he was a mechanic.. We still cant believe they did that.... but then again our last name is camp and my husband jokingly said we should name our daughter summer..... but we didnt!!

    no vicodin or percocet, lets see I wonder now how long it will be before the overdose rate on tylenol and advil spike back up. Post-Surgical patients have to be able to go home with something other than good ol' tylenol or advil dont believe me you just be a post-op pt. This is not a good idea it is more about pt. education than anything else.

    our techs are currently learning to scrub s-sections, our hospital is going through a renovation because our surgical floor was located on a diffrent floor than our l&d, so now our ob unit is going through a renovation, and we will have our own surgical suites, before the or personnel would handle the c-sections and we would generally go down if there was a complication expected, or to help with twins...

    I am a practicing OB/Scrub tech if you are still looking at going in this direction you can email me with any questions. I look forward to hearing from you. It really is a GREAT job but can be misinterpreted in various hospitals and by various nurses.
