   The other night I worked for 4 hours of overtime and had 2 babies in that time. (overall, we had 20 babies that night). But in a regular 12 hour shift, I once had 4 deliveries. I didn't much like it.

13. how often do you change out pitocin mix

    At our hospital we use 15u/250cc Normal Saline. It tends not to last very long but policy states that we change it out in 24 hours...but most of us would change it out long before then if it seemed not to be working.
