Does anyone know of a good agency currently that does NICU travel with housing to So Cal? I was there for 3 years 8 years ago. I want to return. Hard time finding a decent agency that pays fair. Thanks for any input.
The first thing to keep fair is the pay. If the travel companies sliced a bit more off their profits it would be easier to get the nurses. Always listen to the customer. If someone says they want to go to point A, and there is nothing currently ope...

Trust me. I learned the hard way. Tenet is bad. They don't even try to treat you like you are a human being. There are so many hospitals in CA to choose from.

First place would be Northshore Medical in Miami. Next up the former Parkway. Northshore is a ghetto hospital, very poorly run. Particularly the Maternal/OB. Director is a tyrant, also ignorant of basic nursing concepts. Avoid anything Tenet.

They are a TENET hospital. That would explain why they are crap! Tenet can't retain their nurses. They are the worst. Dangerous staffing, bad management. I would not work for Tenet again if they were the last hospital on earth. Avoid Tenet like th...
I am looking for a reliable nurse registry/agency to work Per Diem in LA. Does anyone know of a good one for NICU that gives reliable shifts and pays decent? Thanks!
