   Xeoemmy, Could you share EMR template. Would be very helpful. I work in physican office which accepts calls from hospital, Nursing homes, and questions from pts. about meds, next appt for lab etc. Any assisstance would be appreciated.

   What kind of template do you have? We use EMR, but have no template, for this function. Message can be saved, but is not automatically saved to the chart, does have optiom to save as well as print. Thanks

   We take phone calls from hospital at physican office and then email to physician. Physician gives orders per email and then Rn calls specific nurse at hospital with Dr. orders for specific patient. Should theses message be saved in the patient chart....
