   I had about 12 once in a private rehab place, my most recent in the public hospital I'd have 4-8 at a time.

   I've done night shifts on and off when I started and still do, it takes a while getting used to it. I don't do nights as often now but I find that I can stay awake and alert for much longer than I use to.

3. Prioritising complex workloads

   When you have heavy workloads, what tasks do you typically prioritise first? Medications? Dressings? etc.
