   I work in a Internal medicine clinic. I got an order to give 250 mg of Rocephin IM. Mixed with 0.9 ml of 1% lido the dose equaled 1 ml. I gave this to the pt in his deltoid as I was taught you can give up to 2mls in the deltoid. This was a otherwise...
