   I currently work in the ICU but worked on a med-surg floor and the PCU, I have always loved my job but I must say now that I am in the ICU I can't see myself being anywhere else.

   I absolutely agree. Get your critical care experience and come back to the VA. LTC is not challenging enough for new grads who want critical care.
