I'm from Polomolok, So.Cot... Oh gosh, it's in Victoria. That's so disheartening. but might as well give it a try. Is ACFE ok with ANMAC already?

Anyone here who had experienced requesting for extension of LOE's validity? What's the likelihood that they would grant your request? and how soon would they respond to us? please share me your thoughts? Thanks.
AHPRA said that they will allow it if the course commences before the letter expires. In my case, my LOE is due on the 23rd of August and my course intake is on August 2. They asked me to write a letter of request to the manager of registrations including my offer letter. It should indicate the start and end date of the course. They want the letter (LOE) to cover the whole duration of the program.:)

Hi there! I think they will allow if the approved intake will be before the expiration of your LOE. My AHPRA officer replied 3 days after I emailed her that they will consider and review. In my case, the school offered me July intake but my LOE will expire September, they grant my request for extension until November. By the way, I received the desicion letter for extension 3 days also after receiving my first letter. Hope this helps!

I really think it doesnt matter which ofice your LOE came from. What matters is the validity of the reason for request of extension. Cause, i believe that AHPRA's decision is in general (board decision) and not per office decision. Thats why they have scheduled meetings.

There have been instances.before that those that applied in ahpra vic were not given extension to their loe. Well that's what i've read in previous posts in this forum. Better to ask from ahpra to be sure.I really think it doesnt matter which ofice your LOE came from. What matters is the validity of the reason for request of extension.
