Thank you yourprincess. I already requested from my case officer but as what i expected , she cant grant me an extension.. Others have been granted but not in AHPRA VIC..so sad..well, i think this is the last thing i need to do, to follow up every now & then in IHNA..
Hi Shandy012405, as I read your message you have hesitance and pessimistic mind when you said that AHPRA Vic will decline your request as you expected it to be. Did you write them your appeal or talked to your case officer? I have a strong feeling that if you'll write them and tell AHPRA that you've been accepted to BP which will end after your eligibility expires, AHPRA will grant it. I know many who've been in your situation and were indeed successful in trying. Maybe this is God's way of developing your perseverance and endurance, considering that a lot of challenges awaits us even after completing the BP. Just try it again, draft a good letter and pray. God bless on your endeavor...
I received an interview from ETEA.. The caller just ask me about personal info... I was thinking why they didn't ask me anything related to nursing...how long the offer letter will be release? thanks
Did they told you that you passed the screening and that they're goin to send the offer letter soon?

Hello Adel! Thank you for your inspiring message. I already sent an email to my case officer so many times but still she stick to what she said on her first response. I have also read from the previous post about many who were given an extension but no one has been granted from AHPRA VICTORIA. I have been so positive to pursue my dreams but it is inevitable to become weak sometimes. Good that we have all.nurses where we can find people who truely understand us in our quest to have a good nursing career..thank you, i wont give up not until i dont really have the time anymore.. Thank you once againHi Shandy012405, as I read your message you have hesitance and pessimistic mind when you said that AHPRA Vic will decline your request as you expected it to be. Good day guys!
I'm about to complete my requirements and perhaps submit it next week.
Guys, i'm doing this without the help of any agency and i'm still confused with some of the process.
Are these steps correct? cause this is what i plan to do. please enlighten me
1. complete my requirements and submit it to ahpra
2. wait for their approval?
3. look for a school
4. then apply for a visa
another question is, what ahpra branch should i send my requirements and the best, also cheapest, school that i can enroll for BP once my application is approved?
btw guys, it is only my supervisor who provided me the reference letter since my chief nursing officer and HR manager will not provide it since i was only with the hospital for a year and few months, will i encounter any problem with this?
pls help me guys. thanks!

yes, you are right in your process.
your recomendation from your supervisor would be fine as long as she knows it because they might call your supervisor for assurance.
Hi everyone! Been applying at Ihna, how long does it take for me to receive an offer letter? I already sent all the documents online and passed the online interview last week. Thanks in advance!
After a week, somebody from IHNA will call you and inform you of some details about the available intake date. Then after that conversation, wait for few days or a week for your offer letter, accommodation, immunization checklist, course outline, and 456 visa checklist and form. Hope this helps.

That's indeed a distressing news to hear.Pls.exhaust all means to find an earlier slot.No need to choose the school nor the campus, just go whatever it is as long as you can atttend the bp before your loe expires. So many schools are there, send applications to all of them online.I read from the previous threads, however, that some forumers were granted extension after they made an appeal, that is if you can start the bp before the expiry.Pls.don't give up now.It is just a test of your endurance.I believed there is still chance, you have around 4 months to go.I agree,IHNA is the fastest, surely they will prioritize you. After you've done whatever it takes to fulfill your dreams,if you are a catholic, pls.pray the rosary everyday without fail.Good luck....
