MedSurg to ICU?

I have worked in MedSurg for 1 year and I accepted an ICU (MICU/SICU) position in the same hospital (My Nurse manager and ANM has given their blessings for this transition)

Any tips or things for a transitioning RN to brush up on prior to my orientation and Critical Care refresher classes?
