It's hotter than Hades so I'm not sure why I am lighting my BBQ today- but marinated Chicken in Spicey Masala and beef in Egyptian spices for BBQ. Will grill peppers and onions and also making homae Hummus. Hope to have a photos later today. Over all this is a generally healthy and Diabetes friendly dish. I did trim all visible fat from the beef.

That sounds absolutely delicious! I need to learn more about Mediterranean cuisine, as I need healthier fats in my diet
